치킨 덤블링 만드는법 아시는분요!!
아주 옛날 이탈리안 식당서 먹었던 허접한 스프 종류인데요
약간 크리미하고 각종채소도 들어있고 닭고기를 수제비처럼 밀가루에 담가서 집어 넣은것도 같고...
혹시 만드는법 아세요?
서양요리책 레서피에도 안나오고...아시는분 좀 알려주세요.

This recipe is so easy and very tasty as well. No bones
or skins to remove - this really is a terrific recipe!
Prep Time: approx. 20 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 30
Minutes. Ready in: approx. 50 Minutes. Original recipe makes
8 servings. Recipe has been scaled to make 4 servings.
Recipe has been converted to metric.

1-1/2 slices bacon
1-1/2 large potatoes, peeled
and diced
1/2 onion, diced
2 skinless, boneless chicken
breast halves - diced
355 ml chicken broth
0.6 g poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 (15.25 ounce) can whole
kernel corn, drained and rinsed
355 ml half-and-half
95 g biscuit mix
120 ml milk
Directions
1 Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium
high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside;
reserve bacon drippings in skillet.
2 Add potatoes, onion and chicken to bacon drippings and
cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in chicken
broth; season with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir
in corn, and simmer all together for 15 minutes.
3 Pour in half-and-half and bring to a boil; add crumbled
bacon. In a medium bowl, combine biscuit mix with milk and
mix well (dough should be thick). Drop tablespoon sizes of
dough into boiling mixture; reduce heat and simmer for 10
minutes uncovered, then another 10 minutes covered. (Note: Do
not stir while simmering, or dumplings will break apart).
Serve hot.
