you may either refuse delivery 라고 쓴건 니가 배달을 거절할 수도 있고..의 의미지(미약한 가능성), 배달 거절하면 우리는 네 배송비를 받지 않고 네게 환불해줄거야의 의미가 아닙니다. 실제로 저렇게 배송 이미 시작했고 너 곧 받을거야 라고 이메일 온거면 배송비 환불은 거의 안된다고 보시면 됩니다. 그 미약한 가능성이라도 붙잡고 싶으시면 이메일에 있는대로 help & customer service 에 계속 문의해보세요. 하지만 제 생각엔 저거 거의 안됩니다. 미약한 가능성이나마 너는 배달 거절할 수도 있어...지만, 반대로 아마존 역시 님의 배달 거절 요구를 거절할 수 있거든요. 왜? 이미 배송단계를 지나버린 주문이니까요. 저 아마존 8년 이용했던 고객이었습니다.

배달거절 여부야 원글님 자유죠.
단, 배달을 거절한다고 해도 아마 환불액은 배송비를 공제한 이후의 금액일 거예요. 배달 거절할 경우 얼마 환불되는지나 아마존에 알아보세요. 고객의 변심에 의한 배달 거절로 인해 발생하는 환불이기 때문에 환불 배송비는 원글님의 책임입니다.

제가 님이라면, 님의 실수로 20불 추가 지불이 이루어진 것이고, 어차피 사려고 했던 물건을 산 것이니,
배달거절 하지 않고 그냥 쓰겠습니다.
그리고 이런건(이미 배송이 시작된 주문에 변경사항을 추가하는 것) 아마존 뿐만 아니라 거의 모든 쇼핑몰에서도 안됩니다. 규정이 그렇습니다.
