이런 쓰레기 제품이 천지에 버젓이

제가 말씀 드렸잖아요... 깨진다고..
그래서 저도 고심끝에 저 사기 냄비는 않사기로 결정.
차라리 무쇠나 스텐레스로 장만하기로 결정 했습니다
보통 두달 안에 깨진다는 말이 많거든요....
또 사도,, 또 깨진다고 합니다... 그냥 멀리 하시는게 좋을듯 싶습니다...

The supplier came yesterday and she took your Tagine for inspection .
She has forwarded us this email regarding your product :
We have had a look at this item and we feel it has not broken because a fault with the product.
It looks like it has been put on too hot a flame with nothing in it and it has just exploded.
The instruction for use have not been followed.
As a gesture of good well we are happy to offer you to purchase a replacement Tagine at the little lower
price.
Please advise us.

I am very curious as to how such an absurd conclusion was reached by the supplier?
I believe I have sent you a photograph of the Tagine that was found with a crack after its initial use.
Since I have sent my user’s instructions back to you with the product I have gone to the manufacturer’s website and have captured it and attached a copy for you as well.
The supplier seems to lack common sense in stating that anyone would use the Tagine with nothing in it causing it to “explode”.
One does not cook food without putting it into the cooking utensil so I do not see how such conclusion can be drawn.
Even besides the above, the supplier refers to “instruction for use”.
I have supplied you with a copy of the instructions for use from the manufacturers themselves.
Do you see a clause that states “do not heat the Tagine with nothing in it”?
I do not see such a clause.
What I do see is that the Tagine can be used in the oven, gas, electric and halogen heat sources, and the microwave.
The Tagine was used on a conventional stove-top that cannot produce extreme heat.
I also suggest that you visit the review site of the Tagine below:
Read through the comments and you will find that majority of the reviews report that the product had cracked for no apparent reason after use.
I have attached partial cropping of the relevant reviews and have attached them to the email if you can’t be bothered finding them in the website.
I have sent the product back to you expecting a replacement for a product that seems to be infamous for its ability to crack on its initial use. You have only supplied an email from the supplier that makes an absurd claim while lacking any analysis or basis for reaching such a conclusion.
Decide for yourself, I have supplied you with various photographs that attempted to prove that the Tagine was in use when it cracked and findings that some of the products seems to have a problem with cracking on their initial use.
If this still does not convince you to send a replacement I will proceed to lodge my claim in the Disputes Tribunal.
I am sure the referee will be able to see that in the balance of probability it is very likely that the Tagine had cracked on its first use for no apparent reason; as supported by the various reviews of the same kind readily found on the internet.

But she was very sure that it exploded because the base was heated without keeping food in it.
She has denied to Replace the tagine. But to make you happy and sort the problem
