ESABELLE	Listen, young lady, let's get one thing straight. (turn off the radio)
ANNA	Don't touch my things!
ESABELLE	Look! I would really like it if we could get along.
ANNA	I don't have to listen to you.
ESABELLE	Yes, you do.
ANNA	No, I don't. You're not my mother.
ESABELLE	Thank God for that!
	What I meant, and perhaps I didn't say it well is that you have a great mom.
	You don't need another one.
	But I would like to be treated with some respect when you are in this house.
ANNA	It's my dad's house.
ESABELLE	Well, it's my house too.
ANNA	This is my room.
	Treat it with respect and get out.
ESABELLE	All right.

 

 

#12. In Ben's room

 

ESABELLE	"Run, run, run as fast as you can.
	You can't catch me, I'm the Stinky Cheese Man."
BEN	Aren't you going to drink your cocoa?
	I made with it especially for you.
ESABELLE	Yes, of course.
	The special cocoa.
	Delicious.
	"A little boy looked up and sniffed the air and said--"
BEN	No, now you're cheating.
	You skipped the part about the cow.
ESABELLE	It's bedtime.
	Can't we finish in the morning?
BEN	No. We have to start from the beginning,
	and you have to read the whole thing.
	I can't sleep otherwise.
ESABELLE	Okay.
	"Once upon a time.. There was a little old woman and a little old man
BEN	who lived together in a little old house."
ESABELLE	Hey, You're onto something.
	Why don't you read to me?
BEN	"They were lonely.
	So the little old lady decided to make a man out of stinky cheese.
	She gave him a piece of bacon for a mouth and two olives for eyes."
	Esabell? Esabell? Esabell?
	Oh, my God! Oh, my God! Oh, my God!
	Oh, my God! Oh, my God! Oh, my God!
	Oh, my God!    (runs to Anna's room)

ANNA	What's the matter?
BEN	I killed her.
	Killed her! Killed her! Killed her!

E ; 들어봐. 꼬마 숙녀, 한가지만 분명히 해두자.
A : 내 물건 만지지 마세요!
E : 봐! 난 우리가 잘 지낼수 있다면 시끄러운 락 음악도 좋아하고 싶어.
** 처음에 It을 상황으로 봤는데 다시 한 번 보니 음악이 맞네요~

[뽁찌]

E : I don't have to listen to you.
A : Yes, you do.
E : No, I don't. You're not my mother.

[푸헤헤]

난 당신 말 들을 필요없어요
맞아, 넌 들어야 해
아니요, 난 안들어요 당신 내 엄마도 아니잖아요

ESABELLE :
Thank God for that!

내 말은, 아마 내가 잘 말하지는 못했겠지만, 넌 좋은 엄마가 있다는 거야.

하지만 니가 이 집에 있을 때 나를 좀 존중해줬으면 좋겠어.

A : It's my dad's house.
E : Well, it's my house too.
A : This is my room.
E : Treat it with respect and get out.
A : All right.

A: 여긴 우리 아빠 집에요
E: 글쎄, 여긴 내 집이기도 해
A: 여긴 내 방이에요
그걸 존중해 주고 여기서 나가줘요
E: 좋아

[뽁찌]

ESABELLE : (reading a bed time story for Ben)
"Run, run, run as fast as you can.

달려라, 달려, 빨리 달려봐.
넌 나를 잡을 수 없어. 나는 악취나는 치즈맨이거든.

[뽁찌]

B : Aren't you going to drink your cocoa? I made with it especially for you.
E : Yes, of course. The special cocoa. Delicious.

[뽁찌]

B : 코코아 안드실래요? 아줌마를 위해 특별히 만들었어요.
E : 그래.. 특별한 코코아.. 맛있네.

[뽁찌]

작은 소년은 위를 처다보았고, 공기 냄새를 킁킁거리며 맡으며 말했다.

[뽁찌]

BEN :
No, now you're cheating.
You skipped the part about the cow.

[무진]

아니, 지금 속이고 있잖아요. (책읽기중 건너뛰는 이사벨)
아줌마가 소에 관한 부분을 건너뛰었잖아요.

[뽁찌]

E : It's bedtime. Can't we finish in the morning?

[푸헤헤]

E: 잘 시간이야. 내일 아침에 마저 읽음 안될까?
B: 안돼요, 처음부터 다시 시작해서 모두 읽어야 해요

E: 좋아

E : 옛날 옛날에.. 작은 할머니와 할아버지가 있었지.
B ; 작은 집에 함께 살고 있었던
E ; 얘, 네가 더 잘 읽는데. (be onto something ; 좋은 결과가 나타나다)
네가 나에게 읽어 줄래?

* 마지막 대사는 이사벨이 아니라 벤의 대사네요~

아.. 이자벨의 대사인데 벤으로 잘못 썼네요 ^^

[뽁찌]

BEN :

그래서 작은 할매는 냄새나는 치즈로 남자를 만들기로 결심했다.
베이컨 조각으로 입을 만들고, 올리브 두개로 눈을 만들었다.

이자벨 아줌마? 이자벨 아줌마?
저런.. 저런.. 저런...

[뽁찌]

A : What's the matter?
B : I killed her. Killed her! Killed her! Killed her!

[뽁찌]

A : 무슨 일이야?
B : 나 그 아줌마 죽였어. 죽였어~ 죽였다고~~

[뽁찌]
