지금 경력사항 보고 있는데
2003년 12월 부터 2006년 12월까지 에이치컬쳐 테크놀로지 전략기획팀 이사
2005년 3월 부터 2006년 9월 31일까지 폴리텍 겸임교수
2004년 2월 붙어 2006년 6월까지 서일대학교 등등 강사로 기재되어 있고
적어도 2004년에서 2006년까지는 한국에 있었다는 것인데
그리고 2006년에 또 문제가 된 수원여대 지원을 하죠
즉 이 즈음 기간(2005년 혹은 2006년)에 미국에 체류하면서 공부를 할 수 있는 상황이 아니었다는 것 같은데
2006년 NYC Stern School Entertainment & Media라고 써져 있네요
위 프로그램은 Full-Time MBA 과정으로만 열려 있고요..
통상적으로 full-time 프로그램은 미국 영주권자 시민권자가 아니라면 체류하지 않으면 F Visa나 I-20가 나오지 않는 것으로 알고 있습니다.

혹시 그래도 온라인 프로그램이 있겠거니 했더니만 지금 팬더믹 시대에도 NYC는 MBA 온라인 프로그램이 없다고 합니다. (과연 2006년에 온라인 과정이 있었을까요?)
Do you have an online program?
At this time, we do not offer any degree-granting online MBA programs. NYU Stern's MBA programs (Full-time/Part-time Manhattan/Part-time Westchester/Tech MBA/ Fashion and Luxury MBA) are conducted in person. 연수라고 해도(졸업 논문을 안쓴 경우엔 보통 연수가 아니라(회사에서 간것도 아니고..) 수료라고 하죠)
어쨌든 그것은 일단 입학을 받고 최소한 한 과목이라도 들었어야 성립될 수 있을텐데 학생 비자라도 받았을지 의문이네요
이것도 조금 체크하면 드러날텐데..
(한국 영사관 - 출입국 기록 혹은 미국 대사관쪽 - 비자 기록 혹은 NYU쪽 입학 담당자나..)
