To assist you further, I would like to ask you the LPN number and a brief description (i.e. style, size, color, etc.) of the item you received, Duck, once we have able to locate the incorrect item we can have it returned as little hassle as possible. The LPN number can be found on a white sticker somewhere on the original packaging (for example, on shoes it is normally on one of the two smaller ends of the shoebox; on clothing, it is somewhere on the protective plastic packaging, etc.). The sticker should have the letters "LPN" followed by a string of numbers. If there are multiple items, please give us the LPN from each individual item.
Please do not put the item in the mail for return until we're able to assist you further; this is in case more specific information is needed from the item or its packaging.
