미국 인터넷 짐보리에서 조끼를 구매했는데, 칼집이 나 있어서 안에 충전재가 다 비어져 나와 있더라고요.
그래서 이만저만하다고 메일을 보냈더니, 리턴을 하라고 해서
미안하지만 해외여서 리턴이 어렵다. 하고 사진을 첨부해 보냈거든요.
그런데 이런 답변이 왔어요.
인터네셔널 리턴은 지원을 못해준다. 사진을 보내줬지만, 뭐 해 줄 게 없다..이런 정도 소린 거죠?
(정확히 모르겠어서요. 뭔가 두루뭉술하다는 느낌밖엔요...)
